The Mighty Angel and the Little Scroll

Revelation 10:1-11
1And I saw another strong angel coming down out from heaven, clothed with a cloud, and the rainbow upon his head, and his face like the sun, and his feet like pillars of fire. 2And he had in his hand an opened little scroll, and he placed his right foot upon the sea and his left foot upon the earth. 3And he cried out with a loud voice just as a lion roars, and when he cried, the seven thunders spoke their voices. 4And when the seven thunders had spoken, I was about to write, and I heard a voice from heaven saying, Seal up what the seven thunders spoke and do not write it. 5And the angel whom I saw standing upon the sea and upon the earth raised his right hand toward heaven. 6And he swore by the one who lives to the ages of the ages, who created the heaven and the things in it, and the earth and the things in it, and the sea and the things in it, that time will be no more. 7But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound his trumpet, the mystery of God was finished, just as he proclaimed the good news to his own servants the prophets. 8And the voice that I heard from heaven spoke again with me and said, Go, take the scroll that lies open in the hand of the angel who stands upon the sea and upon the earth. 9And I went to the angel, saying to him to give me the little scroll. And he says to me, Take and devour it, and it will make your stomach bitter, but in your mouth it will be sweet as honey. 10And I took the little scroll from the hand of the angel and devoured it, and it was in my mouth sweet as honey, and when I ate it my stomach was made bitter. 11And they say to me, "You must prophesy again concerning peoples and nations and languages and many kings."
