These are the generations of Esau, who is Edom.

Esau took his wives from the daughters of Canaan: Adah daughter of Elon the Hittite, and Oholibamah daughter of Anah daughter of Zibeon the Hivite.

and Basemath daughter of Ishmael, sister of Nebaioth.

Adah bore Eliphaz to Esau, and Basemath bore Reuel.

Oholibamah bore Yeush, Yaalam, and Korah. These are the sons of Esau, whom they bore to him in the land of Canaan.

Esau took his wives, his sons, his daughters, all the people of his household, his livestock, all his animals, and all his possessions that he had acquired in the land of Canaan, and he went to a land away from his brother Jacob.
