37And the LORD said to Moses, saying,38Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them that they shall make tassels on the corners of their garments throughout their generations and shall put a blue cord on the tassel of each corner.39It shall be for you a tassel, and you shall see it and remember all the commandments of the LORD and do them, and you shall not go about after your heart and after your eyes after which you go astray.40So that you may remember and do all my commandments and be holy to your God.41I am the LORD your God, who brought you out from the land of Egypt to be your God. I am the LORD your God.
