30Lot went up from Zoar and settled in the mountain with his two daughters, because he was afraid to dwell in Zoar; so he dwelt in the cave, he and his two daughters.31The firstborn said to the younger, "Our father is old, and there is no man in the land to come in to us according to the way of all the land."32Come, let us give our father wine to drink, and let us lie with him, and let us preserve seed from our father.33They gave their father wine to drink that night, and the firstborn came and lay with her father; he did not know when she lay down or when she arose.34It came to pass on the morrow, and the firstborn said to the younger, "Look, I lay with my father last night; let us give him wine to drink also tonight, and you come, lie with him, and let us preserve seed from our father."35They also gave their father wine to drink that night, and the younger arose and lay with him; he did not know when she lay down or when she arose.36The two daughters of Lot became pregnant from their father.37The firstborn bore a son and called his name Moab; he is the father of Moab to this day.38The younger also bore a son and called his name Ben-ammi; he is the father of the sons of Ammon to this day.
