The Mystery Revealed: Paul's Ministry to the Gentiles
Ephesians 3:1-13
1For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus on behalf of you Gentiles,2if indeed you have heard of the management of the grace of God that was given to me for you,3according to a revelation the mystery was made known to me, just as I wrote before in brief,4by which, when you read, you are able to understand my understanding in the mystery of Christ,5which was not made known to the sons of men in other generations as it has now been revealed to his holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit,6that the Gentiles are co-heirs, members of the same body, and sharers in the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel,7of which I became a servant according to the free gift of the grace of God that was given to me according to the active energy of his power,8to me, the least of all the holy ones, this grace was given, to the Gentiles to proclaim the unsearchable riches of Christ,9and to bring to light for everyone what is the administration of the mystery, the one concealed from the ages in God who created all things,10in order that now to the rulers and to the authorities in the heavenly places through the assembly the manifold wisdom of God might be made known,11according to the purpose of the ages that he made in Christ Jesus our Lord,12in which we have the boldness and access in confidence through the faith of him,13therefore I ask not to be discouraged in my pressures for you, which is glory for you.
