1And I lifted my eyes and saw, and behold, four horns.2He said to the angel who was speaking with me, "What are these?" And he said to me, "These are the horns that scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem."3He caused me to see the LORD, four craftsmen.4He said, "What are these coming to do?" He said, "These are the horns that scattered Judah so that no man could lift up his head. And these have come to terrify them, to cast down the horns of the nations, the ones bearing a horn against the land of Judah to scatter it."5I lifted my eyes and saw, and behold—a man with a measuring line in his hand.6He said, "Where are you going?" And he said to me, "Measure Jerusalem to see how broad its space is and how long."7Behold, the angel, the Word in me, went out, and another angel went out to meet him.8He said, "Behold, run, tell the lad this: 'You will dwell unwalled, Jerusalem, because of the multitude of man and beast in her midst.'"9And I will be to her—the utterance of the LORD—a wall of fire all around, and for glory I will be in her midst.10"Hoy, hoy! Flee from the land of the north," declares the LORD. "For like the four winds of the heavens I have spread you out," declares the LORD.11Hoy, Zion! The deliverer, you who dwell in daughter of Babel.12For thus said the LORD of hosts: After the glory he sent me to the nations who plundered you, for the one who touches you touches the pupil of his eye.13Behold, I am waving my hand over them, and they will be spoil for their servants, and you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent me.
