The Horns and the Craftsmen: Judgment and Restoration
Zechariah 1:18-21
18Then I lifted up my eyes and looked, and behold, four horns.19So I said to the messenger who was speaking with me, "What are these?" And he said to me, "These are the horns that scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem."20Then the LORD showed me four artificers.21And I said, "What are these coming to do?" And he said, "These are the horns that scattered Judah so that no man lifted up his head. And these have come to terrify them, to cast down the horns of the nations that lift up a horn against the land of Judah in order to scatter her."
