As for the sons of Merari, by their clans, by their fathers' houses, you shall muster them.
30
From thirty years old and upward until fifty years old, you shall muster all who come to the heavenly host to serve the servitude of the tent of divine appointed time.

This is the charge of their burden for all their service in the tent of meeting: the boards of the tabernacle, its bars, its pillars, and its bases.
32
and the pillars of the court all around, their bases, their pegs, and their cords, with all their vessels and for all their service. You shall assign the vessels of their charge to them by name, along with their load.
33
This is the service of the clans of the sons of Merari, their entire service in the tent of meeting, under the hand of Ithamar son of Aaron the priest.
