Numbers 4:34-49
34Moses and Aaron and the leaders of the congregation took a census of the sons of the Kohathites according to their families and according to their fathers' houses. 35from thirty years old and upward to fifty years old, everyone who came to perform the service of the army in the tent of meeting. 36Their numbered men were two thousand seven hundred and fifty. 37These were the numbered men of the families of the Kohathites, all who served in the tent of meeting, whom Moses and Aaron numbered at the command of the LORD by the hand of Moses. 38The numbered men of the sons of Gershon were according to their families and according to their fathers' houses. 39from thirty years old and upward to fifty years old, everyone who came to perform the service of the army in the tent of meeting. 40Their numbered men were two thousand six hundred and thirty. 41These were the numbered men of the families of the sons of Gershon, all who served in the tent of meeting, whom Moses and Aaron numbered at the command of the LORD. 42The numbered men of the families of the sons of Merari were according to their families and according to their fathers' houses. 43from thirty years old and upward to fifty years old, everyone who came to perform the service of the army in the tent of meeting. 44Their numbered men were three thousand two hundred. 45These were the numbered men of the families of the sons of Merari, whom Moses and Aaron numbered at the command of the LORD by the hand of Moses. 46All the numbered men whom Moses and Aaron and the leaders of Israel numbered of the Levites were according to their families and according to their fathers' houses. 47from thirty years old and upward to fifty years old, everyone who came to perform the work of service and the service of carrying in the tent of meeting. 48Their numbered men were eight thousand five hundred and eighty. 49At the command of the LORD he numbered them by the hand of Moses, each man according to his service and according to his burden, as the LORD had commanded Moses.
