Chapter 4
1 He made a bronze altar: twenty cubits long, twenty cubits wide, and ten cubits high. 2 He made the cast sea ten cubits from lip to lip, round all around; five cubits high; and a line of thirty cubits would encompass it all around. 3 And figures of cattle under it all around, all around surrounding it, ten cubits encircling the sea all around, two rows of cattle cast in its casting. 4 It stood on twelve cattle—three facing north, three facing west, three facing south, and three facing east—and the sea was on them from above, with all their hindquarters inward. 5 Its thickness was a handbreadth, and its lip was like the work of the lip of a cup, a lily blossom. It held three thousand baths. 6 He made ten basins and placed five on the right and five on the left, to wash in them the work of the burnt offering. They would rinse in them, and the sea was for the priests to wash in. 7 And he made the lampstands of gold—ten according to their judgment—and he placed them in the temple, five on the right and five on the left. 8 He made ten tables and placed them in the temple, five on the right and five on the left. He made a hundred golden bowls. 9 He made the court of the priests, the great enclosure, and doors for the enclosure, and he overlaid their doors with bronze. 10 He placed the Sea on the southeast corner. 11 Huram made the pots, the shovels, and the bowls. Huram finished the work he had done for King Solomon in the house of God. 12 The two pillars, the capitals, and the crowns on the heads of the pillars—two crowns—and the networks, two, to cover the two capitals of the crowns that were on the heads of the pillars. 13 And the pomegranates—four hundred for the two networks, two rows of pomegranates for the one network, to cover the two bowls of the capitals that were on the faces of the Pillars. 14 He made the stands, and he made the basins on the stands. 15 the sea, one, and the oxen, twelve, under it. 16 Huram his father made the pots, shovels, forks, and all their vessels for King Solomon for the house of the LORD, of beaten bronze. 17 In the plain of the Jordan the king cast them in the clay ground between Succoth and Zeredah. 18 He made all these vessels in great abundance, for the weight of the bronze was not investigated. 19 And he made all the vessels that were for the house of God, and the altar of gold, and the tables, and on them the bread of the faces. 20 And the menorahs and their lamps, to burn according to the rule before the inner sanctuary, refined gold. 21 And the flower, the lamps, and the tongs were all of gold. 22 And the zithers and the bowls and the palms and the censers—solid gold. And the entrance of the house, its inner doors to the holy of holies, and the doors of the house to the temple—gold.

Chapter 5
1 All the work that Solomon had made for the house of the LORD was completed. And Solomon brought the holy things of his father David, the silver and the gold and all the vessels, and he put them in the treasuries of the house of God.
