22And if you wander and do not do all these commandments which the LORD spoke to Moses,23all that the LORD commanded you by the hand of Moses from the day that the LORD commanded onward for your generations,24and if it happens that an act is done unintentionally from the eyes of the congregation, and all the congregation does one bullock, for a burnt offering for a soothing aroma to the LORD, with its offering and its drink offering according to the ordinance, and one male goat for a sin offering,25then the priest shall atone for all the congregation of the sons of Israel, and it shall be forgiven them because it was done unintentionally; and they shall bring their offering, a food offering to the LORD, and their sin before the LORD on account of their unintentional act,26and it shall be forgiven to all the congregation of the sons of Israel and to the sojourner who sojourns in their midst, because there is one unintentional act for all the people,27and if one soul sins unintentionally, then she shall present a goat, a daughter of a year, for a sin offering,28and the priest shall atone for the soul that sinned unintentionally in sin by going astray before the LORD, to atone for him, and it shall be forgiven him,29for the native among the sons of Israel and for the sojourner who sojourns in their midst; there shall be one instruction for you, for the one who acts unintentionally,30but the soul that acts with a high hand, whether native or sojourner, that one blasphemes the LORD, and that soul shall be cut off from among her people,31because he has despised the word of the LORD and broken his commandment; that soul shall surely be cut off; her iniquity is upon her.
