1And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,2Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them: When you come into the land of your dwellings that I am giving you,3you shall make a food offering to the LORD, a burnt offering or a sacrifice, to fulfill a vow or as a freewill offering or at your appointed meetings, to produce a soothing aroma to the LORD from the cattle or from the flock.4The one who presents his offering to the LORD shall present an offering of fine flour, a tenth mixed with a fourth of the hin of oil,5and wine for the drink offering, a fourth of the hin; you shall do this with the burnt offering or with the sacrifice for the one lamb,6or for the ram you shall make an offering of fine flour, two tenths mixed with oil, a third of the hin,7and wine for the drink offering, a third of the hin; you shall present a soothing aroma to the LORD.8When you make a bull a burnt offering or a sacrifice to fulfill a vow or peace offerings to the LORD,9you shall present with the bull a grain offering of fine flour, three tenths mixed with oil, half of the hin,10and you shall present wine for the drink offering, half of the hin, as a food offering, a soothing aroma to the LORD.11Thus it shall be done for the one head of cattle or for the one ram or for the sheep among the lambs or among the goats.12According to the number that you do, thus you shall do for each one, according to their number.13Every native-born person shall do thus with these things when presenting a food offering, a soothing aroma to the LORD.14When a sojourner sojourns with you or lives among you throughout your generations and makes a food offering, a soothing aroma to the LORD, he shall do just as you do.15As for the assembly, there shall be one statute for you and for the sojourner who sojourns among you, a perpetual statute throughout your generations; the sojourner shall be like you before the LORD.16One instruction and one justice shall apply to you and to the sojourner who sojourns with you.17And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,18Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them: When you come into the land that I am bringing you into,19and when you eat from the food of the land, you shall lift up a contribution to the LORD.20As the first of your dough you shall lift up a bun as a contribution; just as the contribution from the threshing floor is lifted, so you shall lift it.21From the first of your dough you shall give to the LORD a contribution throughout your generations.
