Destruction of Kedar and the Nomads

Jeremiah 49:28-33
28Concerning Kedar and the kingdoms of Hazor, which Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon struck—Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon—thus says the LORD: Rise up, go up against Kedar, and destroy the sons of the East. 29They shall take their tents and their flocks; they shall carry away their curtains and all their articles, and they shall lift their camels for themselves, and they shall call terror upon them from around. 30Flee; wander far; make your dwelling deep, you who dwell in Hazor, declares the LORD, because Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon has formed counsel against you and has devised a plot against them, against you. 31Rise up, go up against a nation at ease, dwelling in security, declares the LORD; it has neither doors nor bars for it; they dwell in isolation. 32Their camels shall become plunder, and the multitude of their livestock shall become spoil; I will scatter them to every wind, those cut off at the side, and from every side of it I will bring their calamity, declares the LORD. 33Hazor shall become a habitation of jackals, a devastation until forever; no man shall dwell there, and no son of man shall sojourn in it.
