1And these are the names of the tribes: from the northern end along the way of Hethlon and Bo at the entrance of Hamath, Hazar-enan on the border of Damascus northward, along the side of Hamath; and they shall be for him the eastern side, the sea, Dan, one.2And upon the border of Dan, from the eastern side to the western side, Asher, one.3And upon the border of Asher, from the eastern side to the western side, Naphtali, one.4And upon the border of Naphtali, from the eastern side to the western side, Manasseh, one.5And upon the border of Manasseh, from the eastern side to the western side, Ephraim, one.6And upon the border of Ephraim, from the eastern side to the western side, Reuben, one.7And upon the border of Reuben, from the eastern side to the western side, Judah, one.8And upon the border of Judah, from the eastern side as far as the western side, shall be the contribution that you raise: twenty-five thousand in width, and length like one of the portions, from the eastern side as far as the western side; and the sanctuary shall be in its midst.9The contribution that you raise to the LORD shall be twenty-five thousand in length and ten thousand in width.10And to these shall belong the contribution of the holy portion for the priests: twenty-five thousand northward, ten thousand westward, ten thousand eastward, and twenty-five thousand southward; and the sanctuary of the LORD shall be in its midst.11To the consecrated priests, from the sons of Zadok, who kept my charge and did not go astray when the sons of Israel went astray, just as the Levites went astray.12And it shall be to them a contribution from the contribution of the land, a most holy portion, extending to the border of the Levites.13And the Levites shall receive, adjacent to the border of the priests, twenty-five thousand in length and ten thousand in width; the total length shall be twenty-five thousand and the width ten thousand.14And they shall not sell any of it, nor exchange it, nor transfer the first portion of the land, for it is holy to the LORD.15And the five thousand that remain in the width along the front of the twenty-five thousand shall be common land for the city, for dwelling and for pasture; and the city shall be in its midst.16And these shall be its measurements: the northern side five thousand and four hundred, the southern side five thousand and four hundred, the eastern side five thousand and four hundred, and the western side five thousand and four hundred.17And the pasture for the city shall be fifty and two hundred northward, fifty and two hundred southward, fifty and two hundred eastward, and fifty and two hundred westward.18And the remainder in the length beside the holy contribution shall be ten thousand eastward and ten thousand westward; and it shall lie beside the holy contribution, and its produce shall be for food for the workers of the city.19And the worker of the city, from all the tribes of Israel, shall serve it.20All the contribution, twenty-five thousand by twenty-five thousand, a fourth of which you shall raise as the holy contribution, shall belong to the possession of the city.21And the remainder on both sides of the holy contribution and of the city possession shall belong to the leader, extending twenty-five thousand along the eastern border and twenty-five thousand along the western border, adjacent to the portions; the holy contribution and the sanctuary of the house shall be in its midst.22And from the possession of the Levites and from the possession of the city, which is in the midst that belongs to the leader, shall be between the border of Judah and the border of Benjamin; it shall belong to the leader.23As for the remaining tribes, from the eastern side to the western side, Benjamin, one.24Along the border of Benjamin, from the eastern side to the western side, Simeon, one.25Along the border of Simeon, from the eastern side to the western side, Issachar, one.26Along the border of Issachar, from the eastern side to the western side, Zebulun, one.27Along the border of Zebulun, from the eastern side to the western side, Gad, one.28And upon the border of Gad, on the southern side toward the south, the boundary shall be from Tamar to the waters of Meribath-kadesh, along the torrent upon the Great Sea.29This is the land that you shall allot as an inheritance to the tribes of Israel, and these are their divisions, declares the Lord GOD.
