17But you, beloved, remember the declarations that were foretold by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ.18They were saying to you, "In the last time there will be mockers who go according to their own ungodly desires."19These are the ones who divide, natural, not having spirit.20But you, beloved, building yourselves up in your holiest faith, praying in the holy spirit.21Keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ toward eternal life.22And have pity on some who doubt.23Save others by seizing them out from the fire; and have pity on others in fear, hating even the tunic stained by the flesh.
