The Breastpiece Made

Exodus 39:8-21
8He made the breastpiece, the work of a designer, like the work of the ephod, of gold, blue, purple, scarlet, and twisted linen. 9It was squared; it was doubled. They made the breastpiece a span in length and a span in width, and it was doubled. 10They filled it with four rows of stone. The first row was sardius, topaz, and gem. 11The second row was emerald, sapphire, and jasper. 12The third row was jacinth, agate, and amethyst. 13The fourth row was jasper, onyx, and jasper, surrounded with filigree of gold in their settings. 14The stones were upon the names of the sons of Israel; they were twelve according to their names, engravings of a signet, each upon its name, for the twelve tribes. 15They made upon the breastpiece chains of twists, the work of a cord of pure gold. 16They made two gold filigree settings and two gold rings, and they fastened the two rings on the two ends of the breastpiece. 17They attached the two gold cords to the two rings at the ends of the breastpiece. 18They fastened the two ends of the two cords to the two filigree settings and attached them to the shoulders of the ephod opposite its face. 19They made two rings of gold and placed them upon the two ends of the breastpiece, upon its lip that was toward the side of the ephod inward. 20They made two rings of gold and gave them upon the two shoulders of the ephod below, opposite its face, close to its joining above the artwork of the ephod. 21They bound the breastpiece from its rings to the rings of the ephod with a cord of blue, to be upon the artwork of the ephod, so that the breastpiece would not be removed from the ephod, just as the LORD commanded Moses.
