This boundary was the inheritance of the sons of Reuben according to their clans—the cities and their courtyards. 24 Moses gave to the tribe of Gad, to the sons of Gad, according to their clans. 25 And it was to them the boundary Jaazer and all the cities of Gilead and half the land of the sons of Ammon as far as Aroer, which is upon the face of Rabbah. 26 and Mahanaim until Ramath Hammitzpeh and Betonim and from Mahanaim until the boundary of Lo Debar. 27 and in the valley, Beth Haram and Beth Nimrah and Succoth and Zaphon, the remainder of the kingdoms of Sihon king of Heshbon, the Jordan and its border to the edge of the Sea of Chinnereth across the Jordan eastward. 28 This is the inheritance of the sons of Gad according to their families: the cities and their villages. 29 And Moses gave to half the tribe of Manasseh, and it was to half the tribe of the sons of Manasseh according to their clans. 30 And their border was from the camps, all of Bashan, all the kingdoms of Og king of Bashan, and all the villages of Jair which were in Bashan, sixty cities. 31 and half of Gilead and Ashtaroth and Edrei, cities of the kingdoms of Og in Bashan, to the sons of Machir son of Manasseh, to half of the sons of Machir according to their families. 32 These are those which Moses inherited in the Plains of Moab across the Jordan from Jericho eastward. 33 Moses gave no inheritance to the tribe of Levi; the LORD God of Israel is their inheritance, just as he said to them.
