Ezekiel 25:1-7

Chapter 25
1 And the word of the LORD came to me, saying, 2 Son of humanity, set your face toward the sons of Ammon and prophesy against them. 3 And you shall say to the sons of Ammon, "Hear the word of the Lord GOD. Thus says the Lord GOD: Because you said, 'Aha! Against my sanctuaries,' for it was inherited, and against the ground of Israel, for it was desolated, and against the house of Judah, for they went into exile." 4 Therefore, see, I am granting you to the sons of the east as an inheritance, and they will dwell in your dwellings. They will set their tabernacles in you; they will eat your fruit and drink your fat. 5 And I will give Rabbah as a resting place for camels, and the sons of Ammon as a lying place for sheep, and you will know that I am the LORD. 6 For thus says the Lord GOD: Because you clapped your hand and stamped with your foot and rejoiced with all your malice in soul toward the land of Israel. 7 Therefore, behold, I have stretched out my hand against you, and I have given you as plunder to the nations, and I have cut you off from the peoples, and I have destroyed you from the lands. I will annihilate you, and you will know that I am the LORD.
