21And he gave their land as an inheritance, for his steadfast love endures forever.22An inheritance to Israel his servant—for forever his steadfast love.23Who remembered us in our low estate, for his steadfast love endures forever.24And he delivered us from our enemies, because his steadfast love endures forever.25He gave bread to all flesh, for his steadfast love endures forever.26Give thanks to the God of the heavens, for his steadfast love is eternal.

Chapter 137
1By the rivers of Babylon there we sat, and we wept when we remembered Zion.2On the willows in its midst we hung our harps.3For there they asked us for our songs—words of song—and our taunts: "Sing to us from a song of Zion."4How shall we sing the song of the LORD on foreign soil?5If I forget you, O Jerusalem, may my right hand forget.6May my tongue cling to the roof of my mouth if I do not remember you, if I do not set Jerusalem above the head of my joy.7Remember, LORD, the sons of Edom on the day of Jerusalem, the ones saying, "Raze it! Raze it to its foundation!"8Daughter of Babylon, the devastated one, blessed is the one who repays you for your reciprocity which you repaid to us.9Blessed is the one who seizes your little ones and dashes them against the rock.
