Chapter 15
37 And the LORD said to Moses, saying: 38 Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them: They shall make for themselves tassels on the wings of their garments for their generations, and they shall put on the tassel of the wing a thread of blue. 39 And it will be to you for a tassel, and you will see it and remember all the commandments of the LORD and do them, and not spy after your heart and after your eyes, which you prostitute after them. 40 so that you remember and do all my commandments and be holy to your God. 41 I am the LORD your God, who brought you out from the land of Egypt to be your God; I am the LORD your God.
