Psalm 75

Psalm 75:1-10
To the conductor: Do Not Destroy. A melody of Asaph. A song. 1We gave thanks to you, O God; we gave thanks, and your name is near; they recounted your wonders. 2For I take the appointed time; I myself judge with uprightness. 3The land and all its inhabitants are melting; I myself have measured its pillars. Selah. 4I said to the foolish, "Do not act foolishly," and to the wicked, "Do not lift up a horn." 5Do not lift your horn on high; do not speak with an arrogant neck. 6For exaltation comes neither from the east nor from the west, nor yet from the wilderness of mountains. 7For God is the judge; he brings low this one and exalts that one. 8For a cup is in the hand of the LORD, and the wine foams, full of mixture, and he pours from it; surely its dregs they drain and drink, all the wicked of the land. 9But as for me, I will declare it forever; I will sing praise to the God of Jacob. 10And all the horns of the wicked I will cut off, but the horns of the righteous will be lifted up.
