Chapter 7
20 And the sons of Ephraim: Shuthelah and Becher his son and Tahan his son and Eleadah his son and Tahath his son. 21 Zabad his son, Shuthelah his son, Ezer, and Elead. The men of Gath who were born in the land killed them, because they had gone down to take their livestock. 22 Ephraim their father mourned many days, and his brothers came to comfort him. 23 He came to his wife, she conceived, and she bore a son. He called his name Beriah, for evil was in his house. 24 His daughter was Sheerah, who built Lower Beth-horon and Upper Beth-horon, and Uzzen-sheerah. 25 Rephah his son, Resheph, Telah his son, Tahan his son. 26 To Eden his son, Ammihud his son, Elishama his son. 27 Nun his son, Joshua his son. 28 And their holding and their settlements: Bethel and its daughters, and to the east Naaran, and to the west Gezer and its daughters, Shechem and its daughters, as far as Ai and its daughters. 29 By the hands of the sons of Manasseh: Beth-shean and its daughters, Taanach and its daughters, Megiddo and its daughters, Dor and its daughters. In these dwelt the sons of Joseph, son of Israel.
