Psalms 145–150 (part 2)

Psalm 147:14-150:6
14He sets your border in peace; he satisfies you with the fat of wheat. 15He who sends his word to the land; his word runs swiftly. 16He who gives snow like wool; he who scatters frost like ashes. 17He who throws his ice like morsels; before his cold, who can stand? 18He sends his word and melts them; he blows his spirit and the waters flow. 19He declares his word to Jacob, his statutes and his judgments to Israel. 20He has not done so to any nation, and they do not know his judgments. Praise the LORD.
Chapter 148
1Praise the LORD. Praise the LORD from the heavens. Praise him in the heights. 2Praise him, all his messengers. Praise him, all his armies. 3Praise him, sun and moon. Praise him, all stars of light. 4Praise him, heavens of the heavens and the waters that are above the heavens. 5Let them praise the name of the LORD, for he commanded and they were created. 6He established them forever and ever; he gave a statute that will not pass away. 7Praise the LORD from the earth, you sea monsters and all deeps. 8Fire and hail, snow and smoke, stormy wind fulfilling his word. 9Mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars. 10Wild animals and all cattle, creeping things and winged birds. 11Kings of the earth and all peoples, rulers and all judges of the earth. 12Young men and also young women, old men together with youth. 13Let them praise the name of the LORD, for his name alone is exalted; his glory is above earth and heaven. 14He has raised up a horn for his people, praise for all his saints, for the people of Israel who are near him. Praise the LORD.
Chapter 149
1Praise the LORD. Sing to the LORD a new song, his praise in the assembly of the saints. 2Israel rejoices in its Maker; the sons of Zion exult in their King. 3Let them praise his name with dancing; let them sing to him with tambourine and lyre. 4For the LORD takes pleasure in his people; he adorns the humble with salvation. 5Let the saints exult in glory; let them sing for joy upon their beds. 6Let high praises of God be in their mouths and a two-edged sword in their hand. 7To execute vengeance on the nations and punishment on the peoples. 8To bind their kings with chains and their nobles with fetters of iron. 9To execute on them the judgment written; this is glory for all his saints. Praise the LORD.
Chapter 150
1Praise the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary. Praise him in the expanse of his power. 2Praise him for his mighty acts. Praise him according to his excellent greatness. 3Praise him with the sound of the trumpet. Praise him with harp and lyre. 4Praise him with tambourine and dance. Praise him with strings and pipe. 5Praise him with loud cymbals. Praise him with resounding cymbals. 6Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the LORD.
