The sampled uses mark comprehensive inclusion: the full membership of a people or group, the entirety of possessions or matters, and the full extent of a land or other domain. The same broad quantifying use can be presented distributively in the APB as “every” or “everything,” without requiring a separate lexical sense.

The construct-form tokens identify the full set associated with a following group, thing, or domain. In 1 Chronicles 10:6 the APB renders Saul, his sons, and “all his house” as dying together; in 1 Chronicles 11:1 it renders “All Israel” gathering to David, and in 1 Chronicles 13:14 it includes everything belonging to Obed-edom’s household.
In the Anselm Project Bible: Across the sample, the APB commonly expresses the encompassing relation with “all,” and also uses “every” and “everything” in relevant clauses. Because the APB is a whole-verse translation, those English choices show the verse’s presentation rather than a fixed one-to-one rendering.
