a.di denotes adornment or decorative equipment, especially items worn, removed, or used to beautify.

The attested uses concern adornment: items associated with clothing, gold, jewelry, and beautification, whether put on, removed, or used figuratively. The same noun also occurs where an ornament is associated with a bit and bridle in Psalm 32:9; Psalm 103:5 does not make its specific contribution clear in the APB translation.

In the Anselm Project Bible: The APB commonly presents the surrounding clauses with “ornaments,” and elsewhere uses “jewelry” or “ornament” in contexts of gold, dress, and beautification. In Psalm 103:5, it gives no explicit English item corresponding to the noun, so that verse does not isolate the term’s rendering.
