Nethanel son of Zuar is identified as leader of the sons of Issachar when the tribe camps Numbers 2:5. He presents an offering on the second day Numbers 7:18, and the offering is again called Nethanel's Numbers 7:23. Nethanel son of Zuar is also named over the army of Issachar Numbers 10:15.
