Reu

Reu is a biblical person identified as Peleg’s son and Serug’s father. Genesis states that Peleg fathered Reu, and that Reu fathered Serug; the passages also say that Peleg and Reu each had sons and daughters. Genesis 11:18 Genesis 11:19 Genesis 11:20 Genesis 11:21

Luke names Reu in the sequence, “the son of Reu, the son of Peleg.” Reu is named in at least 5 verses across Genesis and Luke, from Genesis 11:18 to Luke 3:35.
