The masculine singular forms identify an individual: in 1 Kings 7:14 the APB renders the father of the bronze artificer as “a Tyrian man.” In 2 Chronicles 2:13, the singular form occurs in the clause introducing a wise man sent to Hiram; the translation does not isolate the term's contribution clearly.
In the Anselm Project Bible: The APB explicitly uses “Tyrians” for the plural forms in 1 Chronicles 22:4, Ezra 3:7, and Nehemiah 13:16, and “a Tyrian man” in 1 Kings 7:14. In 2 Chronicles 2:13, its loose rendering does not clearly represent the singular term separately.
