   The nominative masculine form identifies the fifth bowl-pouring figure in Revelation 16:10, the fifth stone in a list in Revelation 21:20, and the fifth angel in Revelation 9:1; in each, the APB renders the sequence marker “fifth.” The accusative feminine form occurs with the seal opened in Revelation 6:9, where the APB likewise renders “the fifth seal.”

In the Anselm Project Bible: Across the cited verses, the APB presents the sequence marker as “fifth,” attached to a bowl-pouring figure, a stone, a seal, and an angel. The verse is read as a whole, but its clauses consistently preserve the ordinal ordering.
