   The nominative form occurs with titles for the Lord or God in acclamation and address. In Revelation 11:17 the APB renders the address “Lord God Almighty” as thanks are given because he has taken great power and begun to reign; in Revelation 15:3 it renders “Lord God Almighty” while praising his works and roads. The same title appears in declarations of just judgments, reigning, and continual holiness in Revelation 16:7, Revelation 19:6, Revelation 1:8, and Revelation 4:8.
