   The term occurs in calls to love God with all one's inward capacities in Matthew 22:37, Mark 12:30, and Luke 10:27; the APB renders these clauses with “all your mind.” In Hebrews 8:10 the APB renders laws being put “into their minds,” while Ephesians 4:18 describes people as “darkened in the mind” and 2 Peter 3:1 speaks of arousing a “pure mind” through remembrance. These clauses show the same faculty in devotion, instruction, and moral or intellectual condition.
