Ochran in the Bible is the father of Pagiel, a man named in Numbers in connection with Asher. Numbers 1:13 Ochran is named in at least five verses, all in Numbers, from Numbers 1:13 through Numbers 10:26. The passages identify Pagiel as Ochran’s son; Pagiel is called leader of the sons of Asher in Numbers 2:27 and is again named when presenting an offering in Numbers 7:72. Numbers 10:26 names Pagiel over the army of the tribe of the sons of Asher.
