Helon is named as the father of Eliab in Numbers.
Helon in the Bible is the father of Eliab, first named in Numbers 1:9. Helon is named in at least five verses, all in Numbers, where the text identifies Eliab as his son. Eliab is called the leader of the sons of Zebulun in Numbers 2:7. He presented his offering in Numbers 7:24, and the offering is again identified as Eliab son of Helon’s in Numbers 7:29. Eliab is also named over the army of the tribe of Zebulun in Numbers 10:16.
