qe.rev describes drawing near, or bringing someone or something forward, including offerings brought to God.
The attested uses chiefly describe people drawing near to another person or place; a second cluster brings persons or sacrificial items forward, including presentation before the Ancient of Days and offerings at God’s house.

Qal forms occur when Nebuchadnezzar comes to the furnace door in Daniel 3:26, when Chaldeans come forward in Daniel 3:8, and when the speaker draws near to a standing figure in Daniel 7:16. In Daniel 3:26 the APB renders the action as Nebuchadnezzar having "approached the door," while Daniel 7:16 is rendered "I drew near." Daniel 6:13 has a Qal passive perfect in the scene before the king, and Daniel 6:21 has a Qal infinitive construct in Daniel’s address to the king; the translation does not isolate their contribution clearly.

Bringing or presenting forward · common
Hiphil forms occur where the figure in Daniel 7:13 comes to the Ancient of Days and is "presented before him," and where animals are brought for the house dedication in Ezra 6:17. In Ezra 6:10 and Ezra 7:17, forms occur in clauses about peace offerings and offerings on the altar; the APB presents the surrounding actions as "offer" and "shall offer."
In the Anselm Project Bible: The APB variously presents the relevant clauses with "approached," "drew near," "presented," "brought," and "offer." Because it is a whole-verse translation, the contribution of the forms in Daniel 6:13 and Daniel 6:21 is not isolated clearly.
