   Construct forms occur in clauses concerning a person's appearance or standing: in Esther 1:11 the APB renders the king's purpose as showing Vashti's “beauty,” and in Ezekiel 28:17 it renders pride arising “because of your beauty.” The same usage extends to what is admired in places and objects: Ezekiel 27:4 has builders perfecting Tyre's beauty, Ezekiel 31:8 compares a tree's beauty, and Psalm 50:2 calls Zion the “perfection of beauty.” Absolute forms can also stand in contrast, as Isaiah 3:24 sets branding “instead of beauty.”
