   The Qal perfect forms mark a person’s fear of a threatening outcome or condition. In Deuteronomy 28:60 the APB renders feared diseases that would return; in Deuteronomy 9:19 it renders fear of anger and rage directed toward destruction. Job 3:25, Job 9:28, and Psalm 119:39 likewise place the fear before dreaded trouble, pains, or reproach.
