   In 2 Corinthians 1:15 the dative form occurs with a prior plan to come; in 2 Corinthians 8:22 it accompanies a brother’s greater eagerness toward the recipients; and in 2 Corinthians 10:2 it is connected with intended boldness against certain persons. The accusative form in 2 Corinthians 3:4 is held through Christ toward God, while Ephesians 3:12 places it with boldness and access; Philippians 3:4 sets it in a claim of having reason for standing “in the flesh.”
