The Glory Cloud Fills the Temple

The Bible says that, when priests came out of the holy place, a cloud filled the house of the LORD; the priests could not stand to minister because the glory of the LORD filled it (1 Kings 8:10; 1 Kings 8:11). In 2 Chronicles, after Solomon finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and sacrifices, and the glory of the LORD filled the house (2 Chronicles 7:1). These passages describe the cloud and the LORD’s glory filling the house in these scenes.
