Reuel in the Bible is a son of Esau and Basemath, first named in Genesis 36:4. Genesis 36:10 again identifies him as Basemath’s son and one of Esau’s sons.
The text names Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah as Reuel’s sons (Genesis 36:13). It later calls these sons chiefs and describes them as the chiefs of Reuel in the land of Edom (Genesis 36:17). Reuel is named in at least 4 verses, all in Genesis.
