Jaddua is a person named in the book of Nehemiah, first listed at Nehemiah 10:21. His name occurs in at least three verses in Nehemiah. Nehemiah 12:11 includes Jaddua in a sequence of names. Later, Nehemiah 12:22 refers to “the days of Eliashib, Joiada, Johanan, and Jaddua,” when Levites were recorded as heads of fathers; the same verse also mentions priests under Darius the Persian.
