Hacaliah is named as the father of Nehemiah in the book of Nehemiah.
Hacaliah in the Bible is the father of Nehemiah, the figure identified as “Nehemiah son of Hacaliah” at the opening of the book. Nehemiah 1:1 introduces the words of Nehemiah with that paternal identification. Later, Nehemiah 10:1 again names Nehemiah, called the governor, as the son of Hacaliah among those on the sealed document.
