Creditor of the Prophet's Widow

The Creditor of the Prophet's Widow is the creditor whom a widow among the wives of the sons of the prophets tells Elisha has come to take her two sons as slaves. The passage presents this report after she says that her husband has died and that he feared the LORD. The figure is identified only as “the creditor” in this account, which occurs in one verse in 2 Kings: 2 Kings 4:1.
