she.tah describes drinking, especially the king and his company drinking wine or from sacred vessels.

The attested use describes people drinking: Belshazzar drinks wine, and he and those with him drink from vessels brought from the temple.

   In Daniel 5:1, the masculine singular active participle occurs in the clause where the APB renders that Belshazzar “drank wine.” In Daniel 5:2, Daniel 5:3, Daniel 5:4, and Daniel 5:23, plural verbal forms describe the king and his company drinking from the brought vessels; the APB renders the actions as “might drink from them,” “drank from them,” and “drank wine.”
