   In Numbers 33:23, the proper noun identifies the mountain where the group camped after setting out from Kehelathah; the APB renders the clause "camped at Mount Shepher." In Numbers 33:24, it identifies the place from which they departed before camping at Haradah; the APB renders "set out from Mount Shepher."
