   All four occurrences use the construct singular noun in clauses about news concerning a person or actions. In Esther 9:4 the APB renders Mordecai's report as going through all the provinces; in Joshua 6:27 it renders Joshua's report as being in all the land. In Joshua 9:9 the report concerns the LORD and what he did in Egypt, while in Jeremiah 6:24 hearing it is followed by limp hands, distress, and labor-like pain.
