   In Numbers 34:11, the Qal sequential perfect form occurs in the border description after the border goes down from Shepham to Riblah; the clause then has the border go down and strike the shoulder of the Sea of Chinnereth. The APB renders this action as “strike the shoulder of the Sea of Chinnereth eastward.”
