yis.r.e.lit identifies a woman as Israelite in the account of her son in Leviticus 24.

   In Leviticus 24:10, the feminine singular gentilic forms identify the mother of the son who struggles in the camp; the APB renders the clause "The son of an Israelite woman went out." In Leviticus 24:11, the same form again identifies his mother as the report turns to the son's act and her name is supplied.

In the Anselm Project Bible: Across Leviticus 24:10 and Leviticus 24:11, the APB presents the woman through the repeated phrase "Israelite woman." The verse is read as a whole, but both verses use that description for the son's mother.
