In Ezekiel 13:10, the Hiphil perfect plural form occurs in the clause about people being led astray by saying that there is peace when there is no peace; the APB renders the clause "they have led my people astray by saying, Peace, when there is no peace."
In the Anselm Project Bible: In Ezekiel 13:10, the APB presents the clause as "they have led my people astray" in connection with saying "Peace, when there is no peace." The verse is read as a whole.
