   In Daniel 2:25 and Daniel 5:13, the determined feminine singular form occurs in identifying Daniel among people connected with Judah; the APB renders these clauses with “the Judean exiles” and “the sons of the captivity of Judah.” In Ezra 6:16, the same form identifies “the rest of the sons of the exile” who perform the dedication of God’s house with joy. Daniel 6:14 contains the same form, but the APB does not make its specific contribution clear.
