All three occurrences use a masculine singular construct noun in clauses where the smell rises. In Amos 4:10 the APB renders the clause “I caused the stench of your camp to rise”; in Isaiah 34:3 it describes slain people and corpses before saying “their stench rises”; and in Joel 2:20 it twice says “his stench will rise” after the northern one is driven away.
In the Anselm Project Bible: The APB uses “stench” in all three verses and presents it as rising. This repeated English wording confirms the clauses' overall presentation rather than supplying a separate lexical distinction.
